Its core function is to achieve efficient and precise forming of castings, and it is particularly widely used in the field of grinding media\u00a0production. It can complete the whole process from mold preheating, resin sand shell forming, mold clamping and pouring to casting cooling and demolding for wear-resistant casting high chrome balls required by industries such as mining, building materials and metallurgy (e.g., high-chromium grinding\u00a0balls\u00a0and cylpebs\u00a0with a diameter of less than 40mm and wear-resistant alloy grinding\u00a0balls), significantly improving the hourly output of small-sized white cast iron\u00a0balls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The shell molding production line has significant advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-High forming precision: Relying on the thin-walled cavity characteristics of shell molding casting, it can accurately control the dimensional tolerance and surface roughness of casting steel balls;<\/p>\n<p>-High production efficiency: The production and assembly of the shell are carried out separately, which greatly improves the casting speed, and the utilization rate of molten iron is high;<\/p>\n<p>-Strong stability: From placing the shell mold and sand box to the final product, the whole process is under automatic control, which can effectively avoid defects such as shrinkage holes and slag inclusions in steel grinding balls.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to producing grinding\u00a0balls, by replacing different pattern plates, it can also produce other precision castings, enabling flexible expansion of the product line.\u00a0The operating process is easy, low investment costs, occupying small space and flexible.
