En el proceso de fundici\u00f3n de bolas, los par\u00e1metros del sistema de compuertas, como la ubicaci\u00f3n y el tama\u00f1o de la colada, tienen una gran influencia en el rendimiento y la calidad de la bola. Debido a la particularidad del proceso de fundici\u00f3n, la calidad de la fundici\u00f3n solo puede confirmarse en el per\u00edodo posterior. La simulaci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica del campo de temperatura durante la solidificaci\u00f3n de la fundici\u00f3n puede predecir la distribuci\u00f3n de temperatura del metal l\u00edquido durante el llenado y la solidificaci\u00f3n del molde, y predecir la posici\u00f3n y la forma de la cavidad de contracci\u00f3n en la fundici\u00f3n; el esquema y los par\u00e1metros del proceso de fundici\u00f3n se pueden ajustar seg\u00fan los resultados de la simulaci\u00f3n. En este estudio, se utiliz\u00f3 el software de simulaci\u00f3n Magma para modelar y simular la bola de fundici\u00f3n. Esta bola adopta un esquema de 12 bolas fundidas con un molde y un tubo de retenci\u00f3n de calor con manguito de arena para aumentar su densidad y la vida \u00fatil de la matriz. La estructura del molde met\u00e1lico de la bola fundida se muestra en la Fig. 1. La temperatura de liquidus del material es de 1150 \u00b0C; la temperatura de la fase s\u00f3lida es de 1090 \u00b0C, la temperatura de vertido es de 1350 \u00b0C y la temperatura ambiente es de 20 \u00b0C.
